I utilised your software program to update my strong 4669x and right after booting I noticed lock to the monitor.I tried to unlock it by dialing 0000 and I later on noticed the decoder was frozen although the lock was not there and all the channels was vanished.The decoder has become frozen.What should really I do?New strong types which include 495
